Csmart DM is a revolutionary cloud-native, white-label digital marketplace designed for service providers (telcos, media houses, enterprises) to manage and monetize digital services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and virtualized services). This platform connects platform providers, digital service sellers, and end-users, enabling service providers to become fully digital and deliver seamless customer experiences.

SOLUTION

Responding to the design brief, the team has developed a unique hair donor-cancer patient intervention. This socially conscious venture is based on collecting hair data about wig construction, ensuring individual and collective well-being in cancer patients.

WHAT IS WHITE LABEL DIGITAL MARKETPLACE?

A white-label digital marketplace allows partners (e.g., service providers) to customize and brand the platform as their own while using the core features developed by the host provider. It supports seamless partner onboarding, the sale of SaaS, PaaS, and industry-specific solutions, and flexible partner management.

 

The platform enables:

  • Customizable Storefronts: Each partner can modify the platform to reflect their brand identity.

  • Scalable Infrastructure: Built with CICD integration, Kubernetes, and Docker, it allows rapid deployment of new instances.

  • Partner and Revenue Management: Simplifies the process of onboarding partners, configuring offers, and settling revenue in real time.

DESIGN PROCESS

Discovery and Planning
  • Collaborated closely with product managers and stakeholders to define the platform’s core features and map user journeys.

  • Developed user personas for platform providers and service partners, identifying their goals, frustrations, and needs. This ensured a well-rounded design tailored to both user groups.

Ideation & Conceptualization
  • Workshops: Facilitated ideation workshops with cross-functional teams to brainstorm potential solutions for pain points such as partner management and offer setup.

  • Sketching & Wireframing: Developed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize user flows. These sketches emphasized seamless partner onboarding, service configuration, and revenue management

Prototyping & Testing
  • Created high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, shared iteratively with stakeholders for feedback.

  • Conducted usability testing with focus groups, composed of service partners and platform users. Tested the ease of use for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Iterated prototypes based on continuous rounds of user feedback to ensure the platform met user expectations.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

VISUAL DESIGN

The visual design of the Csmart DM digital marketplace focuses on creating an intuitive and professional user experience. The colour palette primarily uses shades of blue, reflecting a corporate and trustworthy feel, while ensuring easy white labeling for partners. Easy-on-the-eye layouts and a consistent visual hierarchy provide a clean and accessible interface. High-fidelity wireframes and prototypes were iteratively refined based on user feedback, ensuring all necessary features were included. Overall, the visual design balances aesthetics with functionality, delivering a user-centric and adaptable digital marketplace.
